Note: if the yarn cake is not standstill, the bobbin releasing button will be forbidden to press 5.2 Press the bobbin pushing button, check whether the solenoid valve functions properly, otherwise it indicates that this valve has problems and must be removed for repairing 5.3 Check whether there is waste yarn left between the pushing plate holder and guide shaft for bobbin pushing, and clean up as necessary 5.4 Check whether the working air pressure is in good conditions, the availble air pressure should be not less than 0.6MPa 5.5 if no abnormal conditions as above occurred, it indicates that the bobbin pushingcylinder has problems and must be repaired |
